Terms of Service

These terms are being drafted and will be published in full before Lasting Aftercare accepts its first client.

Use of Service

Lasting Aftercare provides a managed aftercare communications service to licensed funeral homes. Access is granted on a per-account basis following a service agreement. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used to send communications to individuals who have not consented to receive aftercare from the relevant funeral home, or to send communications that misrepresent the funeral home's identity or relationship with the family.

Limitation of Liability

Lasting Aftercare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
