How it works

One simple intake. Twelve months of thoughtful follow-through.

The program is designed to feel quiet and natural on the family side, while staying light and dependable for the funeral home staff who begins it.

The sequence

The goal is not more software. It is a year of steadier presence without adding another operational burden to your team.

01

One quiet intake at the arrangement conference

At arrangement time, your staff enters the eight fields they already collect: dates, names, contact details, and relationship. The program begins from there.

Under thirty seconds. Nothing new to train beyond the intake itself.

02

A year-long sequence begins under your name

We schedule and mail carefully timed pieces throughout the year. Each message is reviewed by a human, personalized for the family, and sent as your funeral home.

The family experiences it as your continued care, not as outsourced automation.

03

You receive a clearer picture of ongoing care

We keep the follow-through moving while you receive reporting, opt-out logs, and visibility into which families are currently in sequence.

The result is continuity for them and a steadier reputation loop for you.

Common questions

The practical details families never have to see.

Do families know the program comes from a third party?

No. Communications are sent under your funeral home's name and brand. The family experiences them as a continuation of your care.

What if a family needs to opt out?

Opt-out requests are honored quickly and logged. We are careful about consent and equally careful about stepping back when a family asks us to.

How are sensitive circumstances handled?

Cases involving sudden loss, child death, suicide, or other especially sensitive situations receive additional human review before anything is mailed.

What does the funeral home need to manage after setup?

Very little. Once the intake is complete, the year of follow-through continues quietly in the background while your team stays focused on current families.
